Extremely happy. I had my car fixed in a different garage and they messed up the whole electrics. Few hours at Ross Packard Paintwork and I drove away with my mazda 6 fully working again and faults rectified. I would highly recommend to anyone. They are very fair and only charged for the time they spent on the car. Very happy with the service provided.

I love this company because you can track the progress of your vehicle including photos of the progress. A bit far for us to use them as our regular mechanics but highly recommend Ross Packard to people in Christchurch & surrounding areas.

I used Ross Packard for body repair following an accident after many recommendations on the PistonHeads forum. The quality of the repair is flawless, and the customer service was exceptional; they were lovely to deal with and I felt like nothing was too much. My little Citroen was treated with the same care and respect as the Ferraris they have pulling in and out! My go-to from now on for major repair work.

Exceptional customer service and a brilliant repair. The car had to have a door and cill replaced and was returned to me in showroom condition. I cannot praise the company enough and knew they had a good reputation but my expectations were exceeded.

I took my Tigra in for body work repair. The front of house staff are so courteous and friendly. The whole process from quote to booking the car in and collecting the loan car was faultless.I was given a shiny new Seat Ibiza to use whilst my car was being repaired. It was spotless and I was given a run through before I drove away.Got my car back 4 days later and the work they had done on the bumper was immaculate. My car had also been polished and valeted, not at all what I was expecting.I can't recommend Ross Packard highly enough. The standard of work is incomparable and the service I received was second to none. The car looks better than it did before it was driven into.I have no hesitation in recommending this company, you won't be disappointed with the standard of service and workmanship.

Collected our Honda Jazz last week which needed a new roof due to a malfunctioning garage door. We were absolutely delighted with the finished result which was as good as new.

Very happy with the paint work done on my ZXR. I wasn’t in a hurry and didn’t rush them. They have some bike enthusiasts working there and it shows. I don’t think they really do bikes as a rule and I could have got it cheaper, but I’m going to stick my Lotus in with them for a paint refresh. Tells you all you need to know.
