I hired a hot-tub as part of celebrations for my sister who gets married in a few days. Sileby Spas were brilliant throughout: friendly, accommodating and really knowledgeable about their products. They arrived on time and ensured we were happy and understood how to maintain the tub in relation to filters and chemicals over the weekend. They even brought a selection of complementary extras for the celebration like fizz and hand-decorated cookies. The personal touch was above and beyond and was very much appreciated. The tub has been great and a lovely time had by all. I cannot recommend Liam and the team enough - thank you guys!

Finally found a hot tub company we can trust! Was facing a large bill to replace a pump that another company had said was broken-thank goodness we phoned Sileby spas first, just to check. They came out to look at the tub in less than 24 hours, did a proper evaluation and diagnosed a small fault which they were able to fix in less than an hour. Saved us hundreds of pounds. Will never use another company.

Hired a 7/8 hot tub for my daughters 18th birthday for a week. Have no side access the garden but that wasn't a problem. Delivered, set up in no time. Good communication. Excellent

Had my 5yr old hot tub serviced by Liam & team. Absolutely brilliant fixed minor issues like the headrest broken clip & other worries I had with it. They cleaned it up made it look practically brand new. Polite & trustworthy would definitely use again.
