I don't very often do this but on this occasion I felt I had no alternative. I have just visited the Derby store and was met by Kieron who, despite being behind the trade counter, came out to help me to look for the item I was wanting. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful (not always typical in today's world !), and led me precisely to what I wanted. When I returned home and tried to place my online order I had a problem and called the Derby depot, Keiron answered and again was absolutely first class in helping me and he took my order efficiently and also went the extra mile to explain what I could do if the items I purchased were not quite sufficient for my needs. A fantastic employee, if only everyone was like this !

Great looking place and I was offered a role here only for the budget to disappear 24hrs before start. Shame. I was really excited.

I ask for a am delivery but at 1420 still no delivery.Went to customer service and just got told we can't do anything. I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN.I have to give a star but that is too much.
