Just popped into this new branch on the Bilston road for the second time and I have say what a great service you get here, professional, friendly and helpful. Just wish every merchant were as good as these guys !!

Staff were really friendly, this place seemed very organised and very helpful with information on products that I was interested in. Management also adhered to all my requests. I met a a couple of guys Rakesh and shaun who did a great job recommended a wide variety of products, and got the order together in no time. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who visits.

Served by Calam. Had a right game visiting different places this week to find a decent pair of safety shoes. Staff were really constructive and patient while I tried a few on. Finally came away with a pair I'm happy with. These guys will definitely be my first port of call in future!

This branch is excellent, only been open a month or so, but it's definitely a branch tool station should be proud of, the chap I spoken to on a couple of occasions ( Martin ) is very knowledgeable and friendly, very impressed with this branch, I use all the big names in the industry,so I know what to expect from this kind of store, watch out tool station is very competitively priced and so far everything has been good/ high quality. I would definitely recommend a visit. Overall I do rate this branch.

I couldn't ask for better customer service. Chad and Sean helped me every step of the way, going above and beyond. After a though day trying to sort out the kitchen sink, they helped me sort it in minutes by recommending the correct parts and I can't thank them enough. Will definitely recommend this store!
