Wenlock Terrace Surgery

Zero stars if I could!! Why tell someone there prescription is ready at the pharmacy when it is not? Why stress an 81 year old woman out with unnecessary trips to the chemist, repeat phone calls & then find it was received by the chemist 5pm last night?Please do not promise what you can not deliver. You caused stress & anxiety!!

I have been using this Practise on and off for thirty some years and have ALWAYS found them be absolutely first rate!Professional, efficient, compassionate and extremely helpful. In these days of horrendous NHS shortages, cutbacks & under funding they always manage to do a phenomenal job; Reception, Admin. Nurses & Doctors alike. Thanks to you all!

I've been with Wenlock/Unity for ever. I understand how hard the job can be. However, it is now useless, took the Dr. 5 days to call me back after I'd sent pictures of a rash that turned out to be Shingles. No treatment avail due to the delay and when you call now it takes about 40-60 minutes to get through and then when you do they dont act. I requested my sick note to be emailed. They said they were sending it now" - 5 hrs later

Absolutely amazing! I had my blood taken and had quite bad dizzy spells after and the people working were so considerate and very helpful, they were all about patient well being! They even rang me after I left the surgery to see if I was ok and managed to get back home ok!!

I always had a pleasant experience when phoning this surgery but when I had an emergency and had was told by 111 to get an emergency appointment I was informed by the surgery that I was no longer a patient and I had been taken off the register without any explanation. Not only did this effect the emergency of my pain but also meant I was unable to get my covid vaccination. I informed them that I was in pain but they would not help so now I am trying to find someone who will help as the pain is getting worse.I am disgusted that they had no reason to take me off their books and then not to offer help when I was having an emergency. I will now have to go to A&E and waste their time.

Honestly don't know why people are so harsh, Elizabeth was an amazing help and gave me all the advice and resources I needed. The receptionist was nice and the place itself is in good nick.

Absolutely useless. Receptionists are almost always rude and unhelpful, but what’s worse is that they don’t do their job properly. The GP here is supposed to be responsible for my repeat prescriptions and I had requested my medication quite a while ago, but nothing until I’ve run out so I phoned up the pharmacy and they told me there has been no prescriptions for me (what does that even mean?). I’ve had several issues before as well and they can’t do something as simple as uploading some documentation onto the system. I don’t understand how they can do this, people could die because of the extent to which the clinic’s pathetic staff don’t care. Avoid at all costs if you can.

I've been here 2-3 times and each GP I've seen was absolutely amazing, honestly some of the best I've ever had. Reception were nice too! Only downside is how long the wait times are for appointments but that's more of an issue with Unity Health as a whole. The GP's I've seen were super reassuring, kind and helpful!

An amazing practice who are there when you really need them.I urgently needed to see someone today was not a problem they triaged the situation immediately on calling in and was able to see someone this afternoon.The staff are amazing across the whole team and thank you for everything

Extremely rude blonde receptionist who shouts at you without even knowing why you came. Terrible attitude and giving the surgery a bad name.
