Recently used Artisan Surveys asbestos sampling kit to test Artex which is present in a number of rooms. The kit arrived very quickly with a clear instructions and all PPE. Sent the samples off and received an email to confirm they'd been received. Then received the results a few days later which was unexpected given I sent them over the Christmas period. Will definitely be using again.

Artisan Surveyors Ltd. Carried out a survey of my two storey office building and issued a Non-Domestic Building Energy Performance Certificate. The surveyor arrived promptly at the agreed time and performed the survey professionally and efficiently. The EPC certificate was issued shortly after the visit along with a very useful report containing a number of recommendations aimed at helping us to reduce our energy consumption. I was very happy with the cost and the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Artisan Surveyors to others.
