I would very much like to thank Kirsty and her team at McCalls - as I was really struggling to find the item and the size I needed in the timescale I required it for - (typical man, as I had wedding plans, fittings, etc. looming and I had left everything until the last minute! ).The ordering process was so easy and the fantastic customer service was 10 out of 10 with Kirsty replying to my correspondence instantly and making sure i had the ordered item.I feel it shows amazing service when McCalls can deliver me an item from Ireland quicker than I get get it in the UK.Many thanks.

I was going to go to Reids (they seem to have closed down, sadly) for a new pair of shoes but I spotted a pair that I really liked in McCalls window on a Thursday night. I came back on Saturday morning to see if I could try them on in my size. I was impressed by the quality clothing from various brands that they stock and by how well it was displayed. A excellent assistant called Rebecca approached me to ask if I needed help. She fetched a pair in the size that I was after and was very patient. A different assistant processed the sale on the till and she was most friendly and helpful also. I was thoroughly impressed with the service, products as well as the prices at McCall's Menswear. I intend to return soon when I need another pair of shoes. First class! It was an absolute pleasure to shop here! Visited on 29-07-2023.

I had to get a formal suit for a wedding at very short notice recently. I went into McCalls at 5pm and by 5:30pm I left with everything required. Excellent service - highly recommended.

Purchased tights, incorrect size delivered and the product had been opened previously- tights are normally non refundable due to hygieneEmailed my comments but had no reply, I wasn’t requesting refund or exchange as hassle would be too much for 2 pairs of tights. But expected acknowledgment

Visit every year for my kids school uniforms. Shop is well stocked and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, specially James who helped me today. School uniform sorted in under 20 mins and the 20% discount made it reasonably priced.
