The Lucas lads are highly respected for their ability to work mechanical miracles with bikes of any vintage. Don't be deceived by their ramshackle shop - judge them by what they achieve with their spanners.

This place is amazing, great service and always happy to give advice, as previous reviews have said don't let the workshop cloud your view of the quality of work, they have been here for a long time and more to come.

I’ve dealt with Neil, James, and before them their dad Gordon, for the last 26 years. They have looked after my Velocette, Honda, Triumph and Ducati 916. They are my go-to motorcycle shop. Traditional values, excellent value and old-school motorcycle know-how. TonyJust a short postscript (1Dec’23) our neighbours son arrived from London last night to be with his mum as she went through a big operation today. Unfortunately the fork seal on his Speed Triple failed spewing oil. His mum phoned me last night to ask for help. I phoned Neil this morning and he immediately agreed to do the job as an emergency. That’s what you call old fashioned care and courtesy.
