I contacted this company as I was having issues with my house alarm. It was soon discovered that my alarm was very old and needed to be replaced. I was given options and once my choice was made, I was booked in for the following week. The installation was quick and very pleasing. I was given full guidance on how to use it and was pleased to see it was very easy and also downloaded onto my phone. The whole experience was extremely efficient and not expensive. We called Chris out to investigate an automated Gate issues, three weeks later he’s installed 13 new CCTV cameras, a new alarm system, repaired a bell box and integrated two aging systems into a single solution. Absolutely over the moon with the work done by Chris @ChargedServices. He went completely above and beyond my expectations. Not only did Chris fit 5x new HikVision ColorVu cameras to my house but all the cables powering the cameras are hidden in the internal walls and the best part is that it’s completely invisible. No damage was done to any of my walls what so ever. He has some really clever tools and experience and the level of workmanship was second to none! I had a few CCTV companies come round and tell me it can't be done how I wanted it. Well not only did Chris do it exactly how I envisaged, he did it as standard, I didn't even have to ask! because as he said it's the proper way to do it.I also had Chris cover the house with ethernet ports for my fixed devices and a new TP-Link Wi-Fi mesh system that means my house now has crazy internet speeds all over. I can get my max Virgin Media line speed of 500mbps even on the top floor of my house no issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any further work carried out as the level of service, knowledge and workmanship is utterly superb.I honestly don't know why you would use anyone else.

Highly Recommend Chris. I purchased a Remootio 3 and a doorbell button but Remootio are not great with communication when needed. Luckily, Chris came to the rescue. He guided me through the installation and as I am in Yorkshire and he is in Essex there was no way he could come all this way just to install something. But thanks to reaching out, I now have a fully working system. Chris is the man you need to help! I can not thank him enough for helping me out.
