Scottish company and nice gear. Staff are very helpful.

I like some of the products, I just don't like the fact the almost everything is discounted from a ridiculously over priced RRP, as trespass we all know it's bull, like those Currys ads on TV that say buy this laptop

Stocks a wide range of outdoor and sports clothing and a smaller range of accessories. Tends to stock more modestly priced items.

Was hoping for some post Christmas sales, and there wasn't much going on. I left empty handed this time, but I'll be back.

Not a cheap place but there are some bargains. Good range of stock on display, staff know about the products they're selling so just ask if you have any questions. Quite a bright store and although there's not a lot of space it feels very open and roomy even when it's busy.

Perhaps an unusual shop for a disabled customer, but I was looking for a short lightweight waterproof jacket. By chance, I saw the shop on my way through the mall, and on an impulse went in.As my wife and I were browsing we were approached by a salesman. I said we did not need help at that time, but would call him over if we needed assistance. I easily browsed the rails from my wheelchair and navigated my way to an open space to try on a jacket. Our friendly salesman appeared immediately to help where needed to remove my own jacket and try on my selection, perfect fit job done! Payment at the easy to reach card reader was trouble free and we were able to sign up for newsletters and discounts.Great experience helpful staff there when needed, and a good selection of clothing and good stock levels. Braehead is good shopping for wheelchair customers and plenty of easy parking. There are plenty of lifts, and there is easy to access all the shops.

I dont know what's happened to this place, but definitely went down hill. I visited on a Tuesday mid morning with very little customers in store. Staff were not interested in finding anything I asked, even though I spent over £400 pound. Maybe that's not a lit of money to them but it was for me.Hate to say it but I think I would rather shop online than return to this store.

Staff are very nice and helpful but ordering process online left much to be desired resulting in three visits and numerous calls to store to try and rectify. Never again !!
