First time I visit as new patient, received great service, Alex is a wonderful and friendly podiatrist. Very pleased with the results, she explained everything well. Will definitely use again.

My first appointment today with Alex. I had neglected a fungal nail problem and an uncomfortable pronounced corn..all on my left foot.Alex was brilliant. Very careful and advising me throughout my treatment today..and also long term effects and preventative measures.I left feeling much more comfortable walking.Walsh have excellent local recommendations and reviews..I am happy to add mine.Thank you Alex.

Straight in, no hanging around, young lady was very professional and knew her job. Done and dusted very quickly, couldn’t fault anything. What else can you ask for?

Prompt appointments. Knowledgeable staff - Sam is great - good advice and great treatments. Have also had a biomechanical assessment and insoles this year - I can now continue to do long walks with my friends and family which I was struggling with due to foot pain.Great reception staff too - always on the ball with appointments times and if I need to change them.Would highly recommend this place. 10/10

I've been a customer at Dean Walsh Chiropody for over 15 years now. The service is great and the staff are always super friendly. The clinic itself is always clean and welcoming and Dean uses the latest technology to provide a great range of treatments. Regular treatments ensure I no longer get ingrowing toe nails (a historic issue I had). Have recommended Dean to many of my family & friends who now also regularly visit the clinic too.

My first contact with the clinic was with Stacey over the phone. She was very helpful and (luckily for me) was able to offer me an appointment for the same day.On arrival I was welcomed and shown to the consulting room where I had my first appointment with Samantha. She discussed my medical history and completed various tests on my feet before starting any treatment.She swiftly but gently dealt with my problem - an ingrowing toenail. Once my treatment was completed, she discussed another option should the problem recur.Samantha is very friendly and knowledgeable and also gave me some additional advice/information/leaflets about the heel pain I also currently suffer from.Happy to recommend Walsh Chiropody/Podiatry Ltd.

I have been with the Walsh team for a good many years. I started going on a regular basis with Dean when he first began with Jenny as his receptionist at Bacons End. Although we have moved from Castle Bromwich my Husband and I still go regularly and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always a good service with a smile. Thoroughly recommend the team to everyone.

Visited yesterday with my son, could not fault the service from booking to the appointment. Friendly and helpful staff. The lady we saw was really knowledgeable and helpful and gave us options. Definitely, going to book the next appointment in. There was no pressure and it was really relaxed.
