I could not recommend Colin and Nia at LEXVA enough.A family member was unwell recently and lost all their strength from an undiagnosed cause. Colin went out of his way to help get him back on his feet. Colin arranged to see him ASAP and provided a comprehensive assessment covering all aspects of his health and fitness to ensure a safe recovery. He was prescribed a bespoke programme that has allowed him to recover quickly and comfortably in his own home.Colin also referred him to 'at home services'. An appointment was arranged within a matter of days and someone came to the house to assess his surroundings and have provided, free of charge, items such as handrail that will make life easier.It doesn't finish there - Colin also referred him to an exercise programme at the local leisure centre, something which he has never done before and is enjoying the social just as much as the exercises suggested by the fully qualified physiotherapists.Colin and Nia's helped him 'kick start' his way to recovery that has improved strength, understanding of self-help following guidance and overall wellbeing.Highly recommended 5 star service.

I go to Nia's yoga classes. She really is wonderful. Warm, friendly and funny, whilst being highly professional and knowledgeable. She encourages you to listen to your own body and go at your own pace or push a little harder. No pressure. Can't recommend enough.

I have been struggling for 10 years with a shoulder injury that I was told I would never have full mobility. Colin has Assisted me having no pain in my shoulders and full mobility. Highly recommended
