Used a few times now and honestly will continue to do so because they are so professional and friendly. Its a family run business and its clear they really care about their work and their reputation and take pride in what they do. I was kept up dated on all works as they were carried out which was nice and they were always on time and very tidy . We had a large patio landscaped by Dwayne and Chad first during summer of lockdown and they were so respectful throughout . They worked so hard and the finish is excellent we have people come over and comment on it all the time. Also have used for a kitchen refurbishment project and again the work has been 10/10 and again left so clean and tidy and the attention to detail was brilliant. Most Recently had a roof repair carried out due to nesting squirrels but the boys just cracked on and got it sorted in quick turn around which was really appreciated as a hole in your roof and the wind we have just had was such a big worry. So pleased I was recommended them by a friend and i will be using again for any future jobs and recommending to everyone i know. so nice to deal with a local family business like this one. Dwayne and Chad came round at short notice to repair the ridges on my roof. They were so friendly, hard working and reasonable. Did such a good job, would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Clark Property Services for a few years, Have always found them easy to deal with, reliable, and good value., They keep disruption to a minimum and work neatly.Managed to keep an old boiler going for a bit longer and only recommending and installing a new one, when it was really necessary.I have also used them for replacing under floor pipes and Landlords Gas Safety certificate.I would highly recommend them

Clark Property Services Ltd provide a first class service, have used them quite often, they did a garage conversion turning it into a habitable room and a shower room and w/c. Boiler installation, central heating and plumbing in new kitchen sink, I highly recommend them.
