Ordered a refurbished sax. The store called me to arrange delivery which was a nice touch. Once dispatched the sax arrived next morning. It was well packaged and had a couple of unexpected accessories thrown in.The sax is in great condition and has clearly been set up well. It has been recorked and cleaned up really well.Great buying experience. Would definitely recommend this store for a used sax.

Quite the best service I have received from any music shop. I asked for some buying advice and Bob gave me everything I needed to make the right purchase. He even uploaded a playing test of the horn prior to shipping so I could hear what it should sound like. Now I just have to spend the rest of my life trying to make it sound half as good as Bob did! Now my number one sax shop.

Excellent service. I brought in my flute which had been damaged at a gig. It had a direct hit from a heavy duty microphone stand and I thought it was a write off. Bob realigned the posts, stopped pads leaking, stopped all the keys mashing and got the flute operating again in 2 hours. He did not ask for a penny!I will definitely be buying lots of instruments, music and equipment from the store. I would recommend them to everyone.

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Helped fixed my sax as one of my keys got damaged due to the kids knocking it off the stand. Help fixed it no problem.

Been coming here for 10+ years. Bob and Nick are reliable, down to earth, genuine musicians with great practical advice. I used another shop 5 years ago and it felt like cheating, that's how good these guys are.

Dropped my Earlham Alto Sax in for a once over, as obviously the fact I hadn't picked it up from high school, had no bearing on my poor sound.Bob gave it a quick inspection, a few small leaks, appreciating it wasn't a top end instrument, Bob assured me it wasn't as inferior as I thought.Instrument stripped, and cleaned, communication was great, and I was so excited to hear my sax being played by Bob in the facebook video. Turns out it sounds really good... and I'm back enjoying playing, having exhausted my list of excuses.

A great local shop with everything you need run by 2 great guys who really know their stuff. I've bought 3 saxes from them over the last few years and know many other players who have too and every one has been spot on whether it's new or used. They really look after you and their prices are always competitive.After sales are great too with the boys always on hand to help with advice or technical help and expertise when required.Can't recommend this shop enough, they deserve more than 5 Stars.
