I never knew this store was here even though I've lived locally for years! The store was clean and well maintained. It's very easy to find what you want. Lots of free parking is available and there's lot's of people to offer advice if needed.

Went there for flower bulb. The website shows lots in stock. The staffs were extremely unhelpful, just told me if it is not there then not in stock. Not even bother to help me to check.The customer service can’t be any worse tho

I've just upped my rating. I still don't like the layout but over a series of visits I'm finding the staff not just helpful but friendly with it. But it goes further than that - to trust. The guy in front of me at the till wanted compost, paid for it and was told to back his car up and load it straight in. Compare that to b&q the week before where they told me I would have to get a trolley and bring the huge bag in to the till to pay before taking it back out to my car. The homebase guy at the till summed it up perfectly, if you trust no one you can't be trusted" or something similar."

I haven't been here for a few years but enjoyed my stay, Clean store , Lots of car parking outside, Spacious store inside , At this time there were discounts of a majority of stock upto 40% to 50% on gardening items , I needed a large plant pot and a new flowering perennial, Easy access to trolleys , Staff were friendly and accommodating, Much larger store than in Aylesbury

Excellent service. Thank you for walking round and helping us get the right bits And pieces. Disappointed that you don't sell grab handles, but that's not the staff's fault. Store is very tidy and ordered.
