About the Business
Wapping Hockey Club | One of the UK's largest field hockey clubs, Wapping HC is an ambitious, fun, inclusive place to play. Based in East London (home pitches in Stratford, Newham and Wapping, Tower Hamlets) it has 10 men's teams, 7 women's teams, 2 mixed teams, a youth/kids section and beginners sessions. We play in the National League, London League, have a buzzing social scene and are all round good vibes.

A great sociable club catering for all standards of player. Mens and Womens teams, as well as mixed teams on Sundays - and plans to have a colts and disability set up in the near future. Best hockey club in London!

Wapping Hockey Club
I have been a member of Wapping for 5 seasons and loved every one. The training is great with qualified coaches and fitness sessions (if that is your thing). There are loads of ladies teams - 7 at the moment with 2 more mixed teams. Wapping also run the corporate league which means plentiful opportunities to play loads of hockey every week. The tours and social activities are fantastic both in the UK and abroad. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Wapping Hockey Club
A fantastic club to join whether you are a serious hockey player or someone returning to the game. I hadn't played throughout university and my first couple of years in London but since joining Wapping it has become a huge part of life in the Capital.Really friendly members, a great mix of teams (mens, womens, mixed, vets and juniors soon to come) and standards ranging from absolute beginners to internationals.A fantastic place to make friends and keep playing a sport that you love (or learn to love).A new pitch is to be laid this summer too so the club will have the newest pitch in teh city as well. A winning combination.
