As part of our house purchase in Chester last year the surveyor had picked up a few issues with the drains. Urban-reactive was recommended to us and Luke provided a comprehensive drains survey at a reasonable cost. He then talked us clearly through what was and wasn't needed, and we subsequently used the company to carry out the remedial works. Luke and his staff were a pleasure to have working at our house - we would not hesitate to use them again.

Highly recommend. Quality work and quick turnaround. Very reliable and professional. The team have worked on a couple of jobs for us, a cracked drain that needed patching and a new pipe connection in an inspection chamber and we’ve been really impressed. Thanks to Luke and the team.

I needed some roots clearing from a drain and a patch / liner fitted. Luke from Urban Reactive did a camera survey and advised me what we needed. The job was done as arranged and everything was left clean and tidy after the patch was fitted. Good communication from Luke. He also advised me about shared drains that we not my responsibility even though they were within my property boundary, something neither of the other contractors mentioned.

Really thorough professionals - Luke and his team initially dealt with a collapsed outside drain in our old Victorian property. They then discovered further issues with the layout of the drains and sorted these out at the same time without extra costs. Their quotes were 40% of another company (Able Group drainage) for the same initial job. Highly recommended and thank you for an excellent job done !
