DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!James was very happy to come out and review our dishwasher that was beeping and not draining - paid him £50 for this! He played around with it for a while and told us that it should be fixed... as he walked out the door my partner noticed it was still beeping... called him back in and he said he will order us a part that should come in 5-8 working days. We never heard back from him once the 8 working days had gone - we then sent emails & tried calling with no response!Eventually he got back us & said he has got The part but has been having some family issues so will get us booked in straight away! We acknowledge this and gave him the benefit of the doubt.. however another two weeks passed and we still hadn’t heard from him! It has now been over a month since we paid from him to fix our dishwasher!We then requested a refund in which he replied to stating that he would! Two weeks after that we have still had no refund and no communication from him!Absolutely unacceptable and appalling customer service!We imagine we are never going to see this £50 but we will be reporting him to trading standards!
