Really can't rate Sonny and his team highly enough. Great service is about more than just getting the job done (although they did this to the highest level of professionalism), it's about the complete customer experience and SHR provide an experience like no other. I was treated with kindness, understanding and empathy during my move and I was incredibly grateful for that.The price was very reasonable, which is more important than ever in these troubling times. When I ran into some transport issues during the move, one of the boys happily volunteered to ride a bike so I could jump in the van. It's this level of customer care that puts SHR head and shoulders above other removal firms. I absolutely will be using them again and advise anyone else to as well.

Sonny and his team are truly amazing from the very start of the moving home process until the very last task. Nothing is too much and the team go out their way to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are extremely efficient and took great care, everything beautifully packed and delivered. We are so pleased we employed Southend Removals to transport our belongings when we moved house recently.
