Reviewing this gym as someone who's worked and trained at most gyms in corby.This gym is well maintained, clean and caters a diverse range of people, all ages, all capabilities and experience levels.Not really had much engagement with most of the staff, but the ones I have are friendly.

Good place to train. Loads of quality machines. Sometimes it's hard to find parking space. The place is so big it's hard to recognize when it is actually busy.

Fantastic place for my son to go boxing. He loves going. Den is really good with the kids and it's great that it's free. The gym itself is really good. Most people who go are very supportive and will help others especially if you're new to the gym.

Super rude staff. Especially guy with a lots of golden rings.Treating customers like rubbish in front of other passing people on reception. No manners at all.Gym is good,but I've never come back there because of stuff.

Just joined as a new member but must say absolutely love it already! Staff have been really helpful towards me and excellent facilities and equipment so everything I need and then some. Looking forward to going back soon!

The best gym in Corby. If you have children with a lot of energy then take them to see Den in the evenings. He will turn them into young, respectful men who’ll be able to look after you if needed.
