Careavan

Never bothered ringing or emailing back with quotes or to discuss the work required after taking details and promising a return contact.

We bought curtains from Careavan at the end of last season. We were told not to hang them because of the winter and when we returned in March to contact Careavan and someone would come and hang them. I have contacted Careavan in Birmigham 5 times to arrange fitting and couldn't get a satisfactory outcome. I was told George would be contacted and he would be in touch. I also visited the Careavan shop in Brean and spoke to James, he said that they would definitely be fitted and George was in Brean all next week (last week in Marcg 2016). I have had no communication about when these curtains will be fitted. This poor communication and poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Excellent site ,Kind friendly greeting superb staff Café was amazing full English for breakfast was the best ever and the cream teas were delicious staff very helpful !highly recommend

Excellent company, completely stripped lounge & cab seats in our Adria Coral, and took only 10 hrs to finish refit. Very high quality materials & skilled workmanship, together with competitive price! Stayed at their premises and slept in our Motorhome which was plugged into electricity, showers & toilet provided in customer suite. Overall an excellent experience.Many thanks to all who worked on our van.

I just had my static van refurbished. All the seats were recovered in faux leather, sitting area and diving room, the pelmets, carpets and kitchen lino. The while job looks absolutely fantastic, they went over and above what was expected. Price was half of what others were quoting.Definetely recommend them
