Started off solid, really nice staff, beautiful place and atmosphere.When we arrived there was probably 2 other tables taken, moments later every single table was full and with only two staff it was a nightmare.Our food was delivered but they didn't give us any seasoning so it was like we were expected to eat our food plain. We had to go up and request the seasoning, but as it was getting busier it wasn't easy especially with the short staff.We didn't order much food since we assumed the food isnt cooked, if we wanted more it shouldnt take long. 25 minutes after our second order and still radio silence. We asked to cancel second order of food and ask for the bill to leave.I felt really sad for the staff, they seemed really happy but as soon as the place flooded with customers, they were clearly over worked and knew they were letting people down.I was excited to see a restaurant like this in Bristol but sad to see they aren't ready for customers yet.One last thing. No diet coke, no diet Pepsi, no diet Sprite. Very limited drinks menu, forgot to even bring the Plum Juice I ordered but didn't want to pressure the staff any further since they looked in pretty bad shape. I've never seen a drinks menu that bare before.Maybe if they're still open next year I'll see if it's any better.

Lovely meal with attentive staff. Didn’t catch our waiters name but he was super friendly and chatty. Would recommend garlic ribs and pork belly fat skewers:)

A unique experience in the heart of Bristol. I came with some friends and had a great time. The doughnut balls that we had tasted splendid. The staffs were very friendly too.

Excellent service and the food was cooked to perfection! I love how I could interact with the cooking and the staff were so helpful and super friendly. Would definitely recommend and I will for sure come again! :)

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal at meat off!! This is such a unique experience and great new addition to Park Street!The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. we sat down and ordered our meats / seafood and watched them cook LIVE in front of us on the grill! The timing recommendations cooked the meat to perfection. My favourite was the pork belly by far!! Everything was well seasoned and you even get given more spices if you want to add even more flavour. There is also such a wide range of side dishes such as dumplings, jasmine rice, noodles etc.I would definitely recommend meat off!

Really amazing service and brilliant concept. Venue was lovely and super stylish. Unfortunately the food was a bit of a let down on the small portions for the price paid. The taste of the food was amazing but the portions small. For example, £1.29 per mushroom skewer and it was a normal white mushroom cut into 4 pieces. The beef and pork were simple thin strips for the price per skewer. Overall, I so wanted to rate it higher but I thought it just could do a bit more. Will try again in the future.

Lovely service and food overall tasty. Only thing I would say is the skewers are quite expensive and small portions. The vegetable skewers are very overpriced for some raw veg.

As you can see, I took pictures of the venue before eating. I fully intended to take some more when the food arrived but we were simply too engrossed in the experience and enjoyed the food tremendously.It can be a bit intimidating at first but the staff are the absolute best and really want this place to succeed. I implore you to step inside and give it a go, especially with a group of friends. We fully intend to come back another day. We really did love it and it's our most memorable Bristol eating experience for years.
