Excellent company needed macbook screen replacing. Within 1 hour I had a response dropped of laptop and had the screen replaced. Amazing customer service. Very happy and will be using again, thank you !!!

After I had made an enquiry through the website, Paul answered within 2 hours. As this was during the pandemic he talked me through the information he needed to try and fix my laptop. The communication was great before during and after my repair. He ordered the part necessary and had it delivered the next working day for me. Paul ensured that he was safe and careful when I had to deliver the laptop and fixed it within 20 minutes on a Saturday! Paul reassured me that if there were any further problems he would fix it ASAP. He was honest with me and provided extremely good value for his quick and professional service. I can't fault the repair, the laptop was returned in excellent condition and Paul had kindly checked for any other mechanical errors as well. 5 star service speedy and reliable I definitely recommend Paul for any of your technical needs!

I would say 6star service rather than 5! Dealt with aptecsolutions numerous amount of times and have never let me down! Fixing a few broken iPhone screens, even down to fixing the battery on my sister MacBook!No issues at all! Will definitely use again and will highly recommend!Thanks Paul!

Very impressed. I telephoned Paul about my ancient MacBook Pro, he pretty much diagnosed the problem over the telephone. As I live local I was able to drop it off. Paul called me a couple of hours later to confirm the fault and to quote repair cost (which was very reasonable). It was repaired and delivered to my door the following day. Faultless Service

Paul was SO helpful with my fixing my phone. I had dropped it and the screen was completely black not responding to anything. I was worried I was going to lose my photos/videos etc. He reassured me throughout the whole time he had it. 100% recommend. Thank you.

A very fast and efficient experience. I gave them a call as I needed a battery repair for my Macbook. Within 2 hours they collected my Macbook from my home, fixed it and brought it back to me for an exceptional price. The high level customer service and quality is something I’ve never seen before. I couldn’t be happier and I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs repairs for their devices.

Bought a refurbished iPhone through this company on eBay, happy with the dispatch time and service that way etc, however the screen was faulty (the colours were dull and just wasn’t right at all).I got this checked locally to confirm the screen fault , did contact them to let them know about this issue but was met with rudeness really. I wanted to get this sorted so paid for it to be fixed locally and asked for a partial refund for the cost of the screen but they were having none of it. The contactless payment features on the phone don’t work either.Just a bit annoyed by the whole fiasco. Wanted to buy refurbished but ended up having to pay more to get their issues fixed. They stopped replying to my ebay messages.

Please don’t pay thousands of pounds for repairing your laptop with authorised service providers and check APTec’s services first. What I was told it costs £1000 to fix turned out to be something that APTec helped me with in 2 days, for a fraction of the cost (10% to be more specific). Plus they were extremely supportive and communicated all the time with me via Whatsapp, so excelent customer service as well. I highly recommend APTec Solutions to anyone facing problems with their macbook.
