Following my survey I eventually received my report and since September have attempted to secure a date to proceed with the remedial work. Messages emails and calls not passed on or ignored; I gave up on this company by year end in favour of one more professional and a better understanding of customer services and basic common courtesy.

Tom and his colleague Orey were brilliant! Tom is knowledgeable, thorough in his assessment, super pleasant, amenable and professional. Whilst the work was nosey (nature of the job - damp proof course and membrane installation) Tom and Orey were efficient and clean.
