I personally can not function with out these guys!! Always there at the end of the phone to deal with any technical problems we might have. We’ve moved in the last couple of months, James has gone above and beyond to get us set up and functional. Charlotte is so lovely, she understands I don’t do ‘computers’! She logs in and sorts me out. Thanks guys.

The service I always receive from city commutations is always first class. I find that anyone of the team are most helpful in anything that is asked of them. They are prompt , knowledgable and always lovely to deal with.I don’t know what I’d have done without Charlotte and James this year particularly , They made a very daunting new computer, phone system and WiFi fitting as painless as possible for me , who I have to say is the absolute worse computer and technical person out there.Thanks so much to all of the team. I've had the pleasure of dealing with City Comms over the last two years, as they have looked after both our phone and office network. They communicate brilliantly, so if someone else helps you, they know you & what your situation is. I am so pleased to have such reliable support, virtually 24/7.
