Tudor Oak

We commissioned Tudor Oak to make two replica dining rooms chairs, the originals having been lost by a removals company. After meeting with Sasha we were absolutely confident that they could replicate the two solid oak chairs. After some seven or eight weeks the work was complete and we have to say that the standard of workmanship and finish was astounding! It is impossible to tell the difference between the two replacement chairs and the remaking six originals. The chairs were deliver to us by Sasha’s husband Tim Who clearly takes a great deal of pride in what Tudor Oak do. If you want quality, skilled workmanship carried out to exceptional standards this is the place to go.

Really great experience and pleased to bits. Before I found them I went through the whole gambit of traditional English oak makers. None of these pieces were as good as Tudor oak--they often out-gassed, had poor fixtures and the interiors were not well stained. I would definitely buy again....

I live in Denver, CO USA and have a set of 4 of my mother's Georgian Windsor chairs that she purchased in Olympia, WA USA over 30 years ago. I had decided that I needed 2 more and searched the web trying to find matching chairs. I knew they were from England but was not sure where. I found the exact same chairs at Tudor Oak in Ashford, Kent after a long search. I emailed them and the owner Sasha got back to me right away. She is wonderful, I feel like we are friends now. She asked me to send pictures and measurements and let me know they could make 2 nearly identical chairs for me. Sasha was amazing, so helpful and kind. It really was such a pleasure working with her. She even called me way after her business hours because of our time difference to make sure all was good. Sasha helped me all along the way with everything right down to confirming delivery. They have arrived and are perfect! I am so happy! Thank you Sasha!!!

We just completely renovated our house and needed a new front door. We wanted a door just like our existing one -- not an easy task given that our old door was probably 100 years old and something the existing door manufacturers stopped making long ago. We wanted solid oak is a period design, but more solidly built for security, and we wanted to reuse the original cast-iron grill on the front of the door.I looked all over the internet for hours and found just a handful of businesses which would consider making our door, but when I spoke with them they were either eye-wateringly expensive or they wouldn't actually make the door we wanted.Then I found Tudor Oak. I called and spoke with Sasha, sent her some photos and measurements, and within a day or two had a really competitive quote for exactly what we wanted, at about half the price of a modern door.The door just arrived, hand delivered by Sasha's husband Tim. It's beautiful beyond description! It looks exactly like our old door except that the new door is much, much better quality. Their joinery work is really top-flight, and I'm really pleased to know that such a level of service, and such a reasonable price, still is to be found. Working with Tudor Oak was one of the best experiences of our remodelling project, and we are now thinking of ordering solid oak beds from them.

We had a very large, traditional, solid oak coffee table made and its a beautifully crafted piece of furniture. An heirloom / investment piece that will become part of the fabric of our family home forever.. The quality of the wood and the craftsmanship of the build are both outstanding. Customer service was brilliant and the delivery was made as promised and with a smile even with having to manage huge delays. highly recommended

Tudor oak produces bespoke furniture to a very high standard. Superb workmanship, quality and finish at a price you would expect.Initial contact was very good and Sasha kept in touch to make sure all measurements and finishes were correct but after a small problem with order we expected communication to be better.It has been a pleasure to deal with them and would certainly use them again
