A truly outstanding company. I first contacted Phil a few months ago for some advice which he generously gave. Our Contura stove door then cracked and I contacted him for a quote. He gave a very reasonable quote and answered all communication very promptly and politely. His work is of a very high standard and he even built my kindling up before he left! It is an absolute joy to deal with companies who provide this level of service and I highly recommend OJB.

We used OJB Services to have our marble fireplace removed. We had Phil and some other members of his team come to the house on the 4th November. To start they capped the gas to make sure it was safe to proceed. They then continued to remove the fireplace and fill the hole in. They left everything very tidy and didn’t leave any mess behind. We had a plasterer come on the second day to re plaster the entire wall. The wall looked great and we are really happy with the end result. Everyone was very nice and helpful and we would definitely recommend OJB Services.

We cannot recommend OJB Services highly enough. From first meeting to the final stove testing, they have provided excellent customer service and simply the best workmanship.We moved into a cottage that was built in 1862 and wanted to put some character back into the property by changing the gas fires for multi-fuel stoves.OJB have been supportive throughout with guidance on stoves and what to expect. The work included tiling and rock slips around the fireplaces which looks exactly how we want and they were clean and tidy throughout (important because the work impacted three rooms)Great work, communication, support and delivery! You will absolutely not be disappointed if you use these guys!THANKS!

Phil and his team came through when i was let down by a very large company. With colder weather approaching they found a way to schedule a full day of fitting and sweeping.They are professional, considerate and thorough. Phil&Bob installed a stove for me a few years ago. They carried out an excellent job which also involved plastering and adding a slate hearth. I have had no problems at all and Phil returns once a year to sweep the chimney and provide the required certificates. He is always very courteous and tidy with his work. I highly recommend OJB Services.
