Argos Ripley (Inside Sainsbury's)

For the love of all that is holy please stop moving stuff around!!!! You're not making me spend more I'm spending less as I'm getting more and more frustrated trying to find the item I bought yesterday which had already migrated to the other side of the bloody building!!!

Ordered click and collect online thinking it would be faster then delivery to be told by Sainsburys security that I had to wait in the line as if I was a shopper of Sainsbury I do not like the idea of this as I am pregnant and didn’t want to be standing outside in the cold. Every other time I have been able to go straight to the Argos counter collect my items and leave with no drama please could we go back to being able to walk straight in when just collecting items.

Looking for a watch for 11 year old grandson and necklace for grand daughter. Lady assistant could not have been more helpful if she tried. Her name was Sue and her help and product knowledge was second to none. Many thanks to her

Bit disappointed @ out of stock &:unobtainable items today Mon 23 Jan but really helpful lady who helped us with finding another similar item & guided us with the screen payment service which was a worry off my mind ... not everybody understands modern technology so was srateful to the helpful lady in argos

lovely managing staff and a place where you can get pretty much anything. a godsendstaff are seemingly hard to find and the first lady i approached seemed to blatantly ignore me..?

We are professional decorators and ordered 1 tub of paint from here for a job we were on.I went to pick it up to be told I needed my Argos card (which I don't carry at work) . It said on link if I don't have my card I can use a form of ID (which I had) . I was told on arrival that I couldn't take the paint without the Argos card. I produced my ID which I was told wasn't acceptable even though on the link it said it was. I even said I can log into the app and show them the card number which apparently still isn't acceptable. Tbh it's a joke it's a tin of paint not the crown jewels. I had my work gear on and they could obviously see I'm a decorator!!. After kicking off I was given the paint but with no thank you and a dirty look from the staff. They are rude unprofessional and I would order from other Argos stores if you want any customer service.

never go to here again the manager service is rude has a very unpleasant nature and her service and support was remarkable bad if u want to spoil ur day see her I am sure 10mins with her will spoil it whole week. don't know she got a manager job swearing and full of attitude towards u I would even keep her to clean my dog's poo.

Most useless store ever don’t think they have a brain between them when you ring them direct there so incompetent it’s beyond believe only want my item that was delivered and should have been released yesterday it’s not rocket science be careful using these with eBay items as they lose them and there answer is contact the seller there very rude and can’t be bothered

A good spot for a quick stop self delivery for that present with all the convient of having a Sainsbury's for the other requirement.The only problem you might have, you might have an long awkward walk if you just want Argos. As you will need to pass a long walk of tills of people packing their shopping to get there.
