Mr Tyre

Awful customer service. I’ve never encountered such rude and aggressive behaviour as a customer. What should have just been a simple trip to get tyres resulted in probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received.Just like previous reviews, this review refers to one individual - the guy with the beard. He really needs to learn how to talk to people politely and lose his aggressive approach.

I’ve used Mr Tyre a few times now, having bought a second-hand car about a year ago. In that year I’ve encountered problem after problem with the car, but Mr Tyre have dealt with all of them swiftly and professionally. They are usually able to book the car in within a few days — or even same day — and are very competitively priced. They’ve also given great advice when something is a little outside their remit, and alerted me to (and fixed) problems I wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommended!

Great service... we were on our way to wedding when tyre was damaged badly. Called 2 other places who were not able to fit us in. When I spoke to Mr Tyre, they also were very busy, but when I explained the situation, they said they would squeeze us in, although we may have to wait a while. Within the hour, we were back on our way to the wedding... thank u so much...

Zak and his team are a credit to the industry. Fast, friendly and efficient. They looked to repair rather than replace the tire so came out spending a lot less than I anticipated and all done in under an hour. My new go-to place for tires in Rugby.

Fantastic experience, Chris and the team really make you feel welcome and you will leave feeling appreciated and thrilled with the quality of the customer service and expertise that they provide. No problem is too big for Mr Tyre Rugby. Always booked up just shows that they are well appreciated in the local area. Mechanics done properly. If you have not been here already, then head on down, you will never look for another garage again!I can honestly say they provide a better more valued service than that of most major dealerships.- I have had my tyres changed here - brilliant and good value for money every time.- I have had my Track rod ends changed here - Brilliant service excellent expetise and precise tracking up systems.- I have had my Sills welded up here - Could have been in a engineering firm, the knowledge, quality of service and the very best comedy show, it was honestly like a day out all in its own.Head on down people, you wont be dissapointed.

Great place! Accommodating - have had appointments for a puncture repair and a full service the next day, friendly and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Really great and easy experience. Got a quote via ‘who can fix my car’ . Contacted them , car in next day . Woke up late but they were fab , and sorted my brakes whilst I waited . Amazing. Super efficient and really nice team . Would highly recommend. Thank you
