Absolutely fantastic service! I got an appointment next day after calling them with hearing loss. Upon arriving I was greeted by Kim and Michelle, who have outstanding customer service and a lovely welcoming vibe.The audiologist was brilliant, explained everything clearly and understood exactly the issue I had.I can’t thank them enough for the quick and efficient treatment. In a safe and clean, homely environment.My treatment was second to none, professional, friendly and caring.10 stars!!

At 64 I was horrified by the realisation that I needed hearing aids but I have to say Alex put my mind completely at ease. He explained the whole process, from the hearing examination, the choice of hearing aids and the rehab process in detail. The hearing aids are so discreet and the clarity of my hearing has improved immensely. I particularly notice the benefit in noisy, group situations when trying to concentrate on 1:1 conversations plus my confidence has increased as a result. I have now connected to the App, which enables you to do a myriad of things (but this is optional if it’s not your thing)!I would, without a shadow of doubt, highly recommend Worcester Hearing Centre for your hearing analysis and hearing aids.

The experience one always dreams of and very rarely gets. We needed Hearing aids servicing. From the off replies were immediate, we were told when things would happen and they did and throughout service was kind and thoughtful. My mother and I walked out at the end having been looked after by Kim and Michelle for the final handover and both said at the same time Wow now that’s SERVICE. Thank you so much that was a great experience.

Visited for the first time today with my daughter, and we were really well looked after by Kim on reception and Adam for the hearing test. We were made to feel at home and everything was very well explained. We came away understanding our hearing so much better.Very reasonably priced and well worth the money. Will definitely be coming back!

At last I can hear again! Something I had taken for granted for so many years. Alex at the Worcester Hearing Centre has put me back on the road to a normal life. A true professional who understands every aspect of clients needs from the word 'Go'. We have been clients of Alex at Worcester Hearing Centre since he fitted my mother with hearing aids in 2019. We recommended him to a family friend, who he fitted with some very clever hearing aids (she is completely deaf in one ear). He fitted my hearing aids last month.Alex has a wonderful, easy-going manner and always recommends (and fits) the device best suited to the client’s needs and environment.

Everyone at Worcester Hearing Centre has been absolutely lovely! Everyone on reception are so friendly and helpful. Alex has been brilliant with my mum who has dementia; he is so patient, friendly and really clear with his explanations about how everything works. They really are professional and caring, and you can tell they know what they’re doing! This is now a whole family place to go, as I tell everyone to go here!

The team at Worcester hearing centre have been friendly and professional throughout. They seem to genuinely care about their clients and their quality of life. I've seen a number of hearing services from NHS through to freelance individuals so I feel that I'm in a good position to review. Adam was engaged and interested, he listened to my story and made an effort to understand my hearing needs before giving his expert advice. The shop is very modern and not only do they use the latest kit to assess your hearing, they are also able to explain the process at every step. This is really important to me, to understand what is going on and why I might need this or that. I chose them because of all of this but also because they are well established and will be there for the foreseeable future.

I’m a regular customer at Worcester Hearing Centre for ear wax removal and every time I go the staff are lovely and welcoming. Alex is especially knowledgable and attentive during appointments and I always feel comfortable and looked after. Would recommend to anybody for their hearing needs.

What can I say - after suffering from sudden tinnitus and numerous visits to my GP and another hearing centre, I found Alex! Absolutely delightful, young man, incredibly knowledgeable, clearly passionate about his work, and for the first time, I actually felt like somebody understood, and explained my condition to me and gave me lots of information and was very honest. He did not try to sell me anything, we talked openly and honestly, and I left feeling very reassured. Running our own family clinic ourselves, we understand the work that goes on behind the scenes and clearly, these guys have got it right. From the moment you walked through the door, to such a lovely welcome from the girls, to my time spent with Alex, very much time well spent. I will definitely be back!
