B&Q Norwich - Boundary Road
It's the biggest B&Q in the Norwich area, it holds alot of items on today's vist everything was well stock, the staff were polite but not as knowledgeable as we were hoping for on this occasion. A longer wait at the tills as only one till open and the self-service tills were closed. There are customer toilets situated at the rear of the store near the lighting department. We managed to find what we were looking for, after a while..

As a bit of a DIYer a trip to B&Q is always a pleasure. I always find the staff willing/knowledgeable and helpful. Nice clean and well stocked store. Prices are much the same as other diy stores. Also a nice little cafe inside for that all important cup of tea.

Reserved plywood that had lots of stock, only got part of the order. This is what I was offered. Moral of the story, don't click and collect because they'll let you down. On the plus side, lady on the collect point was super nice and understanding, she gets 5 stars.

I tend to use this B&Q store all the time. They seem to have good offers on and more choice when compared to the other store 4 miles away. The staff are friendly and polite. The outside garden centre has plenty of options and they also have a trade section. Recently purchased some gloss paint, LED bathroom lights and pine doors.

Visited before and has been ok. Visited recently and 3 for 2 on paint which is over twice the price of other stores. Also they expected me to pay over £2000 per day for fitting a bathroom. Going rate for a quality fitter is about £600 a day, so B&Q are clearly taking their huge cut on top!

I drove to pick up some flooring on the basis that there were 27 in stock. There are none in stock. Totally wasted trip. Bq is an absolutely diabolical business now compared with the likes of Screwfix.

We arrived with no workers about see the collection desk and 2 ladies were behind the desk 1 in front. We walked towards them arrived in front of them and they still carried on chatting. We asked can u help us and asked whereabouts the sink drainers are. Bearing in mind 3 ladies were there told us to go to aisle 20 21. It took us 5 minutes up and down them aisles before we asked a customer if they had seen them. It would of made it alot easier for us if the lady could of shown us herself rather than ask using a guideline from a customer

Always has all you need but inflated prices on some items with absolutely no need apart from huge profits, that's not on everything but just a few items. Never disappointed but do find that you can't buy all you need unless your prepared to pay higher for some items.
