Jenny Hampton Massage

I was first recommended to Jenny when I was having pain in my shoulder. I had weekly massages, which really helped to re leave the pain and I had more movement in my upper arm after each treatment . I was so pleased with the results of the treatment and grateful to be pain free. I am pain free and now can dress without needing help or feeling pain.My husband then had an issue with his left leg and I recommended Jenny. He had a couple of sessions which completely solved the stiff muscle. I was still having massages with Jenny weekly, (prior to lock down) as I found them so beneficial and completely relaxing. I can't wait to return and have a full body massage mainly this time for the relaxation and how you feel afterwards, but I recently watched a documentary about how having massaging to the whole body boosts your own natural immune system. I am very happy with the treatments and how kind and understanding Jenny is and how relaxed she makes you feel.

I really enjoyed the massage room, lovely warm peaceful setting so I felt very comfy. Jenny was supportive and kind, explaining about covid regulations and checking in on what my body needed. The massage was incredibly relaxing yet deep. By the next morning my neck and shoulder felt fully freed and relieved of pain for the first time in weeks. Highly recommend Jenny.

I was suffering from chronic neck pain for a few years and relied on medication to help, which never completely got rid of the pain I was suffering. Jenny was promoting her business and offered a 30 minute tester, which I accepted after which. I started to receive regular massages from Jenny over a period of maybe 6 months. I felt so at ease and safe during the sessions and can honestly say the difference is amazing. I have so much more movement and any pain is minimal.
