the staff here have been exceptionally kind and friendly over the four years i have visited this branchmany time I brought my dog in and he delighted in the fuss he received and the drink of fresh water from the bowl while he chose his treats for his walk time snackmy dog has now passed on and today I visited to buy bird food and found myself chatting to two very lovely new assistants about cockatiels and chocolateeven though the staff I used to know have moved on they have been replaced with equally friendly people who enjoy their work and love the animal and owners they servethe only down side to me personally is seeing the amount of animal products on the shelf i would like more vegetarian alternatives

I popped down there to apply for a job and I met Adam who was such a star. There was nobody else around so he helped me apply through the website and help me secure an interview! Absolute star, I wish him the very best because he helped me out so much! Everyone needs an employee like Adam!

We love Pets Corner shop in Biggin Hill. Every time we’re visiting, the staff is very welcoming to both us and to pets.We met lovely sale assistant Demi in there and she provided us with so many useful information.We feel like she genuinely care about wellbeing of our adopted dog/cockapoo Bruno. She helped us to weight him and gave him little treat.Her service was simply outstanding and made us to return to the shop more often.Wish there is more sale assistants like her.Kind regards,Andrea, son Andrej and husband Jozef (review is done under his Google account name of Jozef Krizan)
