I've been going to Tash at Masterplan for years, incredible hairdresser, always gets the colour just right and love my extensions... The salon has a lovely relaxed feeling to it, great for a chill and chat. Highly recommended.

I had my hair & make-up done for my sons wedding, I also took my grand daughter for her hair to be done. It was a super warm day & my make up did not budge. Would highly recommend.

Ive been coming several years and would go nowhere else. I trust Michelle implicitly with my hair. Michelle and Tasha are so friendly, i feel like i am walking into a friends house! Best hair salon in Hereford!

Both Tash and Michelle are so welcoming and friendly. The salon is beautifully refurbished with a laid back atmosphere. When you are being pampered, you are made to feel special and are well looked after. Tash is so talented with colouring, cutting and extensions - I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have been to Michelle for nails and other beauty treatments. She is pationate about what she does and uses quality products.

Beautiful refurbished salon. I have my hair and brows done by Michelle and always leave very pleased with the results . Ive also had my nails in the past they were amazing I would recommend this place for nails over the town shops any day. The put 110% in everything they do everytime. Both Michelle and tash are friendly ladies and easy to chat as I didn't like to go saloons in the past but these ladies put me at ease and made me feel welcome. No other other place I would go now. They have a range of services so its the best of everything under one roof and really good prices. Highly recommended masterPlan Hair and Beauty xxx
