What an amazing co! They responded quickly and a lovely lady answered my call. Sarah really listened and tried very hard to sort out my boiler that had stopped working. She was very empathetic and immediately started the process. I got a visit the very same day by a lovely man Martin who didn't ponder at all and knew what the immediate problem was. I was ordered a part and the rest of the work was done very promptly. I even got a courtesy call to update me. My whole job from start to finish was just a few days. They are very reasonably priced and don't add zeros for the sake of it. You will not be disappointed. I now have a very warm toasty home thanks to Heatfire and their professionalism! Don't go anywhere else as you may be wasting money and time .

I can honestly say that the service we received from Martin for the fitting of a new LPG boiler was fantastic. He is such a hard worker and neatly removed all old boiler, tanks and disconnected all pipe work to our old AGA too, nothing was too much trouble. His work is so neat and you really wouldn't know where the old pipes used to be, all capped off below the floorboards. Very reliable and trustworthy company to use. We first contacted martin when we had got back from greece and our boiler was making load banging noises and stopped working. We were stressed because it was a sunday but we contacted martin as he was local and had good reviews. He came to us about 5pm it didnt take him long to fix the problem and for a very reasonable price! We were so happy! More recently he did us a service and helped to find out the problem of why we we kept losing pressure and contacted the warranty company for us. Martin really is amazing at what he does, so knowledgeable and trust worthy. We would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again martin!
