Visited in July through booking (recommended during holiday season), attractive interior and pleasant and attentive waitresses. We were immediately served water followed by drinks and eventually meals. I felt the service was a little slow considering it wasn't overly busy on our arrival but not unreasonably so.The food was presented in a very professional manner and looked absolutely fabulous. My partner described her venison as delicious, and my rump streak was very nice too, a little over-done for the medium I requested but not too bad at all. The chunky chips however were the opposite end of the done scale being quite anaemic and uninspiring, I would have expected cuts of spud this size to be triple cooked making them soft inside and crunchy outside but sadly this wasn't the case. A shame. Puds all went down well and with drinks the bill for 4 including 2 kids was just over £100.

Went here for our short stay in Wales. We loved the wings that we had for an appetizer, unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of them! The drinks were good, loved the cider I had. The main meals were a little underwhelming, after having the wings of how flavorful they were. There just needed to be for seasoning to the meats. But other than that the staff were great and the restaurant was nice and clean!

Best steak in a long time....worth the wait to get booked in.30 days dry aged,perfectly cooked and so tasty. Meat just fell off the ribs too...highly recommended.

Had the most beautiful meal here on Saturday night. Service was fantastic, attentive and quick. Food was delicious! I had the merlot steak and chocolate fondant for pudding. Will definitely be back - an absolute credit to Cymru

Arrived at the patagonia at 4 pm warm welcome and showen to are seats and handed water to start. About 10 minutes later, the waitress came over and took our order and drinks. we had spicey chicken wings as a starter, which were great, and 2 medium rare steaks after we finished are meal they were more attentive to the other tables as we was waiting a bit for the plates to be taken and waiting to order another drink as it took a bit for them to come over, after waiting for sometime we just asked for the bill to pay for the food and drink we had. We did not leave a tip, because if the sevice was a little bit better, then we would have left one.The cost for the food was well worth the price and we will go here again.

The starters and desserts were delicious and were thoroughly enjoyed. The prawns especially are worth the trip just for them! Unfortunately our steaks were quite disappointing which was surprising as a lot of the menu is steak. My partners steak was cooked as requested but became chewy toward the bone. My own steak was more medium/well done than medium/rare and a good 1/3 of my steak was gristle and fat. It took a while for our orders to be taken however, service did improve throughout the night.

We had a retirement celebration here for a colleague. There were 14 of us. We had pre-ordered from the standard menu. Even so, the organisation required to deliver all our meals piping hot and simultaneously must have been huge. The food was excellent and, as mentioned, the service was superb. Fast, efficient and friendly. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Evert time we visit Prestatyn we always pre-book a couple of nights here at our absolute favourite restaurant. The food is always fantastic and no matter what we order we are always delighted with our meal! The Owners and Staff are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. The dining area including the washroom facility are spotless. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Prestatyn. Paul and Hannah
