Highly organised, very thorough, took good notes on site and clearly inspected the building to make a proper assessment. He did everything he said he would do, turned up on time, submitted the report before the final date he said he would get it to me.

He's also been incredibly helpful with responding to any follow up questions we've had. Richard responded to my initial call quickly and professionally, I then sent him an email with all queries and my information, within a few days he attended site for the survey, and then within 48hours i had the structual engineering drawings for my steel beam.To top it all off, the invoice was very competitively priced, no problems here!
