Lexus Hedge End

Having visited Lexus Hedge End earlier this week we had the good fortune to meet David Brooks. Having researched the Lexus models we had a few technical questions. It transpired that his knowledge of the brand was excellent and although we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle on that day thanks to him we saw the model with all the specifications we required and purchased said vehicle.David was very professional throughout and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He is an ambassador and asset to the company.We can’t thank him enough.

We purchased our UX 250h remotely from Lexus Hedge End. The sales process was seamless and the car arrived in quick time. The sales executive Robin was excellent and made the handover experience efficient and enjoyable.

We had the pleasure of dealing with David Brooks when we were looking at changing from our Mercedes to a Lexus as we had one previously. David is superb and his customer service is top notch. From the very first visit where he answered all our questions and was not pushy at all , his attitude really impressed my husband so much so he felt confident coming back for a test drive with me , and asked for David personally to assist us . when we came back David was again more than helpful and no question was unanswered or anything too much trouble. He gave us time to decide on what was best for us and when making our purchase was extremely informative on all extras, giving us time to make decisions with no pressure at all. We even went back and brought updated sat nav SD card which David again sorted for us straight away with no fuss and helped install it . The car is as good as promised and we will definitely be going back and cannot recommend David highly enough he is a credit to the dealership if you are thinking of buying a new Lexus I would say 100% call up or pop in and ask for David you will not regret it .

What can I say, great experience at Lexus HEDGE END. Steve was very welcoming and courteous, answered all our questions clearly and with patience our car was waiting for us to view right at the entrance. My service appointment was easy to make and the timing was flexible to suit my diary. Julie, the Lexus Care Consultant was friendly, helpful and professional as always. The reminder texts were timely and the help with parking on arrival most welcome. Everything was ready when I arrived and Julie's warm and courteous welcome appreciated. The work on my car was completed on schedule including a car wash which again, I appreciated. All the final paperwork was explained and I was then shown to my car. All in all, exemplary service!
