Read the many Forums before dealing with them. They dont repair items and tried to push you into taking a Goodwill" 25% discount to rather buy a new one. This means you would pay £900 (£500 for fist faulty unit they cant repair and another £400 for a new one with discount.).I would definately avoid them in future. UPDATE: As expected

Bought a PV4 for my 2021 Fat Boy as I’d fitted some big radius pipes and of course a remap was necessary. Had a small niggle where the engine check light wouldn’t go out due to O2 sensors removed. Sent request and Scott sent directly to my PV4 a custom tune, now perfect. Great customer service and a product that delivers, huge thanks.

Great service, including two brews from very amiable ladies in the office. 2021 Harley 107 Milwaukee-8 Dyno'd; very knowledgeable and professional guys and the work has transformed the power delivery of the bike.

Is only the second time bringing my bike here, they are totally professional and friendly.The waiting room is a condos place to relax and have a brew or you could sit outside on the bench overlooking the lake, they do a great job with the bike and its the only place I'd ever take it for any future tuning.

Having purchased a PC5 for my NUDA 900 I ended up with strange miss firing issues that left me concerned. However, having reached out to Dynojet they soon offered to have a look and try to work out what was going on. A credit to all the team from the ladies in reception Jackie and Zara (who responded back quickly & booked me in) to Frank & Richard who (despite being at the TT the week I got intouch) set out to figure out what was going on when when I visited. They spent a good amount of time at their HQ testing and looking into the issues. A few hours later Richard came over to explain what he thought was going on & they managed to get it sorted. Richard even adjusted a Throttle cable that was routed wrongly! Top Man! Both Frank and Richard took time out to correct an issue that may or may not have been the PC5's fault upon the initial contact, but the desire to help and put time in to check & give aftercare support needs to be applauded... From my experience the Team at Dynojet UK were excellent in handling the situation. Richard's patient approach and perseverance in trying to correct an issue along with Franks assistance and the customer support team in the office is assuring your in good hands.

Took my bike here for its custom mapping to be done (by Richard) the bike feels so much smoother and responsive now. Great bunch of guys and girls that are all very polite and helpful. Richard really cant do enough to make the customer happy sharing knowledge and giving advice :)very happy with the servicethank you :)

Genuinely stunned how good these guys are. I bought a used bike with a PCFC already fitted but I didn't have any idea which tuning map was selected, what was on there, and had no idea how to use it.Richard spent time taking me through it all and even emailed me standard maps specific for my bike and pipe with baffle in and out and talked me through downloading them to the bike.I'm buzzingSpending time helping people out for no financial gain - a great company who I would defnitely use for any future purchases or tuning work. Had my bike remapped, power commander and quickshifter fitted. Superb service! The team are super friendly and the building is pretty cool too. Was an enjoyable experience as I was able to ask questions and learn a bit about mapping as they did the bike. Bike runs much smoother, pulls better and they managed to really improve the mid and low end. Highly recommend!
