Vitro S-1 coffee machine. David and his team supplied this machine and we took out the service plan. Had a issue with a sensor and honestly couldn’t find a fault with the service. One phone call and engineer was soon on site and fixed the problem. Pleasure to deal with.

We are very disappointed with the service provided by Apogee. We Have a Vitro S1 coffee machine that was serviced one month ago after it went out of order. The engineer on site advised that we needed to change the filter and that we needed some new parts. Once the parts were replaced, we were told that a daily cleaning schedule should keep our machine working just fine for at least 6 months. One month later, the machine is out of order again. When I called Apogee, they refused to come out to look at it at no cost. After spending over £500 a month ago you would think they would be able to provide a better service than this and be more understanding. Instead they told me that it’s been working a month so it’s not their problem and we have to pay for a call out. To make matters worse, the engineer that Apogee sent was very helpful, however in order for him to come to the site they need to receive a call from Carry On Vending (Apogee Itnl) even though we have no agreement with them. This is unacceptable and is clear to me that Carry on Vending (Apogee Intl) does not care about keeping their customers.
