RSV Automotive - BMW & MINI Specialist

I bought a M4 Competition from RSV and dealt with Josh and it was such an easy buying experience. Dealt with Josh directly via WhatsApp and he even arranged last minute on a Friday to stay behind late after we decided to collect the car before the weekend. Car is immaculate inside and out and runs like an M car should! Will definitely be bringing the M4 back to be looked after the team at RSV and keeping an eye out for a car for the Mrs!

I have used RSV to service my BMW M4, the garage looks very clean and professional, the receptionist is extremely helpful and managed to get my car in sooner than expected due to a cancellation. I have only used them once so far but they cost half of what BMW quoted and can update the Idrive, i will be using them again in the future.

I was booked in for a problem with screen wash tank leaking from the bottom when filling it up. It was a simple screenwash tank hose had come loose... They charged me £90 to simply reconnect the pipe a 5 minute job. Absolutely absurd!Edit - 17/10/2023I had received a phone call by RSV, they wanted to discuss the review I left them as they weren't very happy because they seem to have taken my comment '5 minute fix' literally. The fact that people these days take every comment literally without using their brain or common sense is just beyond ridiculous.As for the price they charged me for the full hour but infact on the phone call, they admitted that it didn't actually take 1 hours work.But at the end of the day I agreed to that amount when I was booked it right?All in all it wasn't a good experience for me and on the phone call it was rather hostile than 'oh we just wanted to know about your exprience'.Nah.

RSV sold my car on my behalf, and I simply cannot rate their service highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism and friendliness were truly exceptional. Every step of the way, they kept me informed and updated on the progress. Simon, in particular, was an absolute joy to work with. He attended to my every need with utmost care and attention. RSV provided a luxury experience that exceeded all expectations.
