6 weeks in and can't believe I'm driving one of these amazing Toys, I keep saying it does everything but fly( soon to happen) Just like to thank Spencer for his contribution in getting me into one of these machines I only went to enquire lol.

Great service here. First experience is better than previously received from main dealers, as good as small independents.

I don't tend to write many online reviews, but just like practically every other person on here has already indicated, the customer experience at Tesla Cardiff is exceptionally good, and so it deserves recognition. Everyone working there with whom I’ve had any dealings has displayed the kind of friendly, can-do attitude that all customers hope for but which, sadly, is very rare these days - not least at car dealerships.In particular, I’d like to express my thanks to Sarah, the knowledgeable and very professional service manager who responded positively to each of my concerns; to Craig the body-shop specialist who did a superb job re-spraying my rear bumper; and also to Andrew who handled the paperwork so efficiently when I dropped off the car to have a couple of minor issues rectified under warranty last week.N.B. I didn’t actually acquire my (used) Model S from Tesla Cardiff. I got it instead from Aberdeen via Glasgow - two Tesla dealerships that I cannot in all conscience recommend to anyone. I’m very pleased, therefore, to report that I encountered no such indifference when, a few months later, I visited my local Tesla Cardiff dealership to report the aforementioned minor issues. Fortunately, I was met with an entirely different, and much more positive and helpful attitude compared to that on offer in Scotland which, frankly, was lamentable.If I’m honest, I’m not totally comfortable yet with Tesla UK's policy of requiring customers to communicate with service personnel via the Tesla app, but that's a minor quibble. In all the important considerations, I have no hesitation in recommending the entire team at Tesla Cardiff. They are a credit to the Tesla brand and I wish them every success.

Cannot thank the staff at Tesla Cardiff enough for giving my autistic little boy the best experience ever. After contacting them to explain his obsession with Tesla’s they invited him up and went above and beyond to make sure he had an amazing time seeing all the cars, having two spins in them and even gave him a big bag of goodies. It really was the best day for him and I cannot express how thankful I am to David, Dan and (so sorry I dont know the lovely blonde ladys name) Thank you so much guys, you have made a little boy very happy and we will definitely come and see you again.

Having had a less than useful experience at a DIFFERENT Tesla dealership previously I had not expected to come away happy when I asked for help. However Spencer went above and beyond to help me with the issues I was having with my car and has turned my opinion of Tesla completely around!Thanks so much Spencer for amazing customer service.

What an amazing experience. Right from the moment I walked in the door the staff were very friendly and helpful, I spent quite some time looking at a display Model 3 and was left too it but if I had any questions the staff members were quick to answer them and were very knowledgeable about the cars. Thank you for such a great experience!

A really refreshing dealership experience with incredibly helpful and friendly staff, most notably, Amy and Sam.Their knowledge on the brand and the cars is exceptional and they were both more than happy to talk through certain features of the vehicles and allow you to test drive more than one variant.If you are considering an EV, or a Tesla, Cardiff is definitely the centre you should go to - they made the 4 hour round trip worth it, even allowing me to schedule an overnight test drive there and then.I could not recommend Amy or Sam enough in their relaxed approach where you are not felt pressured to buy a car, like some other dealerships. Brilliant service all round from both of them.
