Tower roofing services where very prompt and thorough in their assessment of the works needing doing, they were able to work to our timescales which was very welcome. They were friendly, professional and constantly kept us informed during the process. They have done a fantastic job repairing our roof and if we needed them for any other roofing jobs we will be calling them first.

Definitely a 5 star recommendation (would give more if possible) 10 out of 10 on CheckatradeHaving found a leak, which was coming through a bedroom light switch, I found Tower Roofing on the internet, I initially phoned, in a panic, at night, and spoke to Bob who said he would come round the next morning to assess the situation.  Bob arrived at the stated time and advised that he would get 2 of his colleagues to come out and look at the problem and would send me photos/videos showing what needed to be fixed.  When the 2 guys turned up, Mark and Sam, they started working straight away.  Once the photos and video was sent over a price was agreed. Mark and Sam worked throughout the day with little disturbance to me and the neighbours.  On the 2nd day it was found that more work was needed, than expected.  We came up with an agreement for the work to be carried out.  As a person living on their own and with a very limited budget I am extremely grateful that at no time was any pressure put on me in regards to payment.  Bob has always fully explained what was going to happen and Mark and Sam are extremely professional workers and have handled everything with aplomb.  I have no hesitation in recommending Tower Roofing to anyone looking for a professional and courteous company and especially Bob, Mark and Sam
