Great service! Mechanism failed last night on back door so couldn’t lock up. Called John, who arrived well within 30mins and had it replaced in no time. Locks more smoothly now than it ever did. Will definitely use him again.

I locked myself out and called John. He said 30 minutes but arrived a lot sooner. Very friendly and helpful, and got me back in the house with no damage.I hope I don't need him again, but he would be my first call.
