An absolutely outstanding landlord with the best quality housing. You will not find houses that are of the same standard with other landlords or agencies. I cannot recommend Richard Lee Student Accommodation more.

Amazing accommodation and a genuinely lovely landlord.Had the best experience staying in the house, very well equipped and well furnished. Landlord is easy to contact and talk to and will quickly sort any problem or query you may have.

after living here for 2 years i can honestly say that we had a wonderful experience renting from richard. if we had any issues he was very quick to resolve them and provided ample time for letting us know when anything would be being done to the house. as students we were very cautious with things surrounding renting property and such but richard eased these worries and looked out for us while we were under his lease. the house its self is amazing, it felt more like a home than student accomodation which i think lead the group we were with becoming closer and gave us a more chilled out atmosphere. the property is good all year round however in the summer was where it really shined with ample space for our group to spend time together while also being close to large parks for activities.overall i think myself and the rest of our group had a great time living hear and i hope that i can find a place in the future that can feel just as homely. :)

Genuinely a pleasure to rent from, I stayed in this property the last academic year and I've got nothing but good things to say. The location is great with access to a variety of shops within walking distance, the house itself is modern and stylish with all the amenities you'll need. Richard the landlord himself is a amazing man, clearly communicates with tenants regarding any and all issues and if there is something in need of repairing he'll do it himself in or one of the contacts he has that can do it ie. pluming gas etc. will have it sorted in a timely manor. If only more landlords were like him there wouldn't be such a negative stigma around renting. If you need student accommodation in Northampton i would highly recommend going with Richard Lee Student Accommodation

This place is worth your time to check out!I stayed in this house for a year for my student accomodation, and shared some great times there with friends and roommates. Make sure to visit to make sure it's the right for you, but it was definitely right for us.Richard, the owner of the house, was very accomodating, he was quick to respond to and fix any issues that came up, from repairing a kitchen drawer to replacing a shower. On the first day of living there, I moved in to find a care package left by him full of stuff I'd forgotten to bring from home or buy. No complaints whatsoever.

Richard is probably one of the nicest landlords I’ve met! When there were issues, potential obstacles regarding our housemates or finding another person to occupy the house with us, he went above and beyond to help us. He always had us in mind when making decisions and made me feel valued. He’s a rare landlord who has your best interest at heart - which is really hard to come by.

Lovely landlord, stayed there for 2 years and never had any issues. Whenever maintenance was needed it was done within a week. Understanding and kind person who’s always happy to help when it’s needed.

Richard is a great landlord, he goes above and beyond to ensure that the house meets all of the tennants needs, and has fulfilled requests for other ameneties that were suggested. Consistently good communication and lovely house. I would absolutely recommend.
