Major hassle trying to book. After many phonecalls availability was limited and apparently location changed to a Leisure Centre. Feel conned - avoid!

Awful experience, ordered through Groupon, booked my appointment in December which got rescheduled by the company because the masseur had a family bereavement which I was obviously fine about. They never phoned me back to reschedule even after I was told they would that afternoon. I phoned them two or three times a week for about six weeks with never getting answered. I then received a message saying who is this sorry I can't answer I'm driving. I then explained the whole situation and asked for the massage I had purchased or a refund, I had no response. I messaged again to ask if it could be resolved and no response. I informed Groupon of all of this and they refunded me instantly. Terrible experience. They basically tried to steal my money until Groupon saved the day.

My sister and I booked through Groupon, made and confirmed appointments for 1pm and 2pm. Arrived at 12.55 to find the place locked, tried calling and messaging, no response. Still haven't heard back more than 2 hours later.We planned a whole weekend around this, made a trip from Reading and have had to make arrangements for massages elsewhere. Never been so disgusted with a service. Unfortunately can't leave less than one star reviews.

Seems like the same experience as others. Bought a voucher on Wowcher. Text several times, eventually made an appointment then it was cancelled on me. Tried to reschedule and then nothing back. Eventually just had to get Wowcher to refund me. This person shouldn’t run a business as they are useless.
