Possibly the worst care I have ever witnessed. I would not want this care agency looking after my tumble dryer let alone a loved one! Untrained staff who should not be working in care or looking after our vunerable elderly . The cqc report does not reflect the agency in the slightest. Stay clear. All review written are by staff who work for the agency not clients.

The home care services are fantastic, the care staff are always punctual and have built a fantastic working relationship with my loved one. Would highly recommend Personalized care services. A service that is second to none.
