walked over my private property when i'm nothing to do with them. Almost knocked my partners car. And at night time talking and laughing loudly at though it's a pub outside. Do not walk on private property for a short cut. Also music in van very loud, it was night time!

Also trading as 'ValleyServe Ltd' (Dyno Plumbing) and plumbing contractors for 'British Gas Homecare Services'.'Services' being the operative word here as clearly 'customer service' is a totally alien concept to both 'British Gas Homecare Services' and to 'Dyno Plumbing'.Having been a 'British Gas Homecare Services' CUSTOMER for several years and up until very recently ...You can imagine my utter disgust and anger at the way my loyalty and custom has been rewarded ... by continually having service appointments cancelled at short notice or after the event (as yet another 'no show') multiple times.And when I say 'multiple times', I don't mean just 2 or may be 3 times in a row ...No, it's far worse! Four, five or 6+ times in a row, spanning months of postponed or 'no show appointments.Including having no heating over Jan/Feb 2021 during snowfall and sub-zero temperatures.Having called 'Dyno Plumbing' about a month ago to chase-up a 'British Gas Homecare Services' service appointment to repair a dripping kitchen mixer tap, where somehow I was sent 2 separate electricians in error ...And being assured by Dyno Plumbing: Customer Services agent Derek, that an appropriate PLUMBING engineer would attend my property the following day ...You can imagine my annoyance and disbelief, in receiving an SMS text alert that my EMERGENCY appointment had once again been postponed!The follow-up appointment was also cancelled by Dyno Plumbing with no reason as to why?And the latest appointment scheduled for the 25th November 2021 was a 'no show' ... wasting yet more of my valuable time.On the 30th November 2021 I received a voicemail message from ValleyServe/Dyno Plumbing advising that my previous service appointment booked the 25th November 2021 had been cancelled due to IT issues and that I should call British Gas Homecare Services to rearrange! Totally unacceptable.Needless to say, I had previously complained to 'British Gas Homecare Services' about the appalling level of service received but nothing was resolved so I have again, issued a formal complaint.So I will be writing to the CEO of each company with an invoice for all my wasted time due to cancelled appointments and 'no shows'.As well as demanding a full refund of the past year's payment circa £600.There's no excuse for poor customer service ... and having run small businesses myself, I can honestly say that I have NEVER before, been treated with this level of contempt and total ineptitude.For EVERYONE who has been messed around by service providers like 'British Gas Homecare Services' and 'Dyno Plumbing' ... I urge you to submit an itemised invoice to reimburse £££ your valuable time.Publically 'name and shame' these sorry excuses for service companies, via online review sites like Google ...Refer your case to the relevant market sector Ombudsman ...And for good measure, gain as much local and broadcast media exposure as you can ... to expose these rogue companies.Because bad publicity fuelled by consistently poor customer reviews, will ultimately effect market share and profitability. And rightly so.

If I could leave no stars I would!I booked a 3rd plumbers visit through this company (after the second one brought in the wrong shower pipe connector size that the first on measured). This engineer did not even bother turning up. I have now taken 2 days off work waiting to get this work done. There is a lack of respect for customers time by this company and I am very disappointed about the cavalier attitude they treat customers with. This happened yesterday and their head office actually rang me earlier to say the engineer (who did not show up!) would be coming and did a COVID 19 call to make sure no one at home had symptoms. Terrible terrible customer service.

Although the first engineer who called us to say he was on his way (with continuous calls to follow up because he kept saying he'd be here in 10 mins, for 2 hours) - hence the 4 stars rather than 5. The second engineer we spoke to arrived, I would give him 5 stars if I could, and we couldn't have been happier that the first guy bailed.TITUS arrived! I write his name in capital letters because lowercase wouldn't do him justice. Titus was absolutely wonderful, so friendly, and brilliantly helpful with the leak in our bathroom. Thank you, Titus! You deserve a raise!Note: we used Dyno through our British Gas insurance through their Basingstoke branch.

Ive just had one of the engineers (Ken) around to fix a leak and I have to say he did such a fantastic job, very friendly and helpful and genuinely decent person. Ive had a spate of rude cowboy types in to do work on the flat and Ken was literally a breath of fresh air. Couldnt have been more thorough and friendly. Thank you!

Please avoid using this company- especially the Basingstoke branch. Completely unprofessional- all day appointment booked on two occasions- did not turn up on both occasions. Did not have the decency to call. Definitely look at using any alternative provider

Engineer 3576-02 came to us today, on behalf of British Gas to stop, a leak in our kitchen. He was simply excellent, smiling efficient and courteous. We couldn't praise him highly enough. He left us with a warm feeling. If all engineers for this company are the same then this is the company to use....Jenny Pink, Camberley...
