This letting agency is not professional when it comes to letting and talking to them about properties and moving in dates the lady that is on the front desk it rude and knows nothing about letting properties and what properties are under their agency. There is no communication between them about work needing doing in those properties and it looks like she doesn't even care. No costumer care just all round bad experience.

Totally unprofessional! Quoted me £250 for a closing inventory when other agents charge £50 + VAT. Was told keys will be returned and then was given weeks of run-around.Free, honest advice- Do not waste time with this company.Even 1" given in my review is me being generous."

I can highly recommend PRS Lettings.
