I phoned and emailed the company a week ago to enquire about one of their properties and nobody has bothered to get back to me.

Stay well clear. Initially from the onset the office looked really nice and welcoming later however we were shocked that they have been allowed to operate in the town for so long. On the letting side they were actually representing myself and also the tenant renting one of my properties which is in its self unethical and highly unprofessional as they could not act impartially. Will never deal with this company again.

This is a company of lawyers you should give a wide berth I see they have taken my previous post down warning people of the way they treat there paying customers and how they give you a trainee todo the works, his name is Chris Connell his mother is a partner of the firm I have also reported to the SLcc but they told me I had to follow there complaints procedures which I did which has now been 6 weeks and they have not bothered getting back to me, I was given Chris Connell to deal with my case but he was well out of his depth who also badly advised me of my case I have now gone to a proper lawyer and a government mp over there antics, fine a lawyer you can trust not some kid who’s mother is a director, wait to see if this gets taken down

I sent 3/4 messages via the contact us and email addresses also I called both telephone numbers regarding a property on Crathie drive and no one ans or replied.... Very odd but the property was put under offer 6days after being on the market... Makes you think it was ear marked for someone

From the onset this company have been rude, incompetent and odius in their manner of speaking with myself and my partner regarding the property we are letting.We have been scrupulous in making payment on time, keeping the property clean, the appliances in a good working order (save the fridge freezer which was broke, they have yet to replace this) and generally being good, diligent and kind neighbours to those in our block.They have broken several of the tenancy agreements. That is to say they have not kept up maintenance. Such as the mould spores in the bathroom, the aforementioned broken appliance or anything else. They have not been legal in giving notice of or carrying out inspections. So many things I could list.We have had issues now regarding the Landlord just showing up on the door step with no prior warning and no witness from from the agency, which in itself is illegal let alone the fact only a few days later he pursued my partner in his car and when stopped at traffic lights banged his car windows and harrassed him, also giving a show of intimidation. When speaking with the agency, they said they take no such liability for this and wanted no part. They did not offer any apology nor did they offer to help resolve the issue with the landlord. They think that they have a right to gain entry to the property without the tenant(s) being present, which legally they do not unless an emergency such as a gas leak.Three people, tried to force my key through the lock when we had told them that we were not available for inspection on that day, further to this we have video footage of the flat inspector attempting to attack my partner on the street outside the property after having told them to leave. They will not provide us with a Subject Access Request which they are legally obliged to under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.The lawyer" Eric R C Wallace refuses at every opportunity to speak with myself and my partner over the phone and has made it extremely difficult to resolve the matter which could have been handled if he would simply comply and cooperate in a mature and suitable manner instead of having his desk sergeants give information back and forth.This "lawyer" also refused to speak with me or my partner when we visited his office

Friendly staff & are good at what they do. Lynn & Samantha are always helpfull. Better to e mail though than call.

Terrible slow service have to beg for details of what is happening asked for a update 2 weeks later still waiting

I have had the misfortune twice to have dealings with the lettings side company and wish I had learned from my experience the first time and not gone anywhere near them a second time. This is one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with and would advise anyone about to use them to please reconsider.

I used Bell Russell when I moved back to Airdrie, Scotland. Laura and the team were hands-on, very friendly and extremely helpful. For home rental in this town, they are way above the rest!
